    Need ur help in CGT decision

    Just received a confirmation regarding my red cgt. Production is in October 2005!!!!!!!

    Can't wait & will not wait that long. First it was May, then Aug, and now Oct!!!!

    Dealer has givin me a priority for any cancelled order, but most likely will not be in red. Either silver (like 99% of the cgts I've seen so far) or a slight chance of black or maybe grey..

    What do you guys think? What should I do? What color should I go 4? I'm at the point of cancelling my order all together and buying myself a Hyndai.... Yeah a Hyndai and forget about cars in general...

    there are plenty on sale all over the USA. list price, some even UNDER

    if you ask me, go with black over natural grey if i were to ever get a CGT , i would get it in that combo

    ha, what's up with porsche and options !!! For the 997 as well not all leather colors are available, two options which I ordered for my car (thicker steering wheel & porsche sports exahust are not availabe with NO ETA as well!!) In addition, there is a shortage of the standard 997S rims which I opted for as well so it seems I won't be getting my 997s in Jan/Feb as I was promised. It will be most probably in 2006 which is by the time you get your CGT. Enough of my ramblings, go for black if you can't get red and get red stiching with black leather inside. Forget about Hyundai not about cars

    Now you have the chance to compensate the biggest mistake in your life! The red is soooo Ferrari! It is awfull on the CGT. Instead, go for the black or grey, really. First kick your dealer for not making his promises come true, and then thank him for giving you the chance to buy a good looking car

    If you are limited to black, grey, or silver get black. But your first choice of red is the best followed by yellow. Sorry to those out there but silver is dullsville on the CGT. Its a supercar it should look like one.

    If you are in the US you can have a seal grey brand new one deliver within two weeks for less than MSRP.The car is on route to a Kansas dealership. It entered the country about a week ago. Are you interested.

    Personally, I would get a CGT in seal or slate grey. It looks fantastic. Black is a very sensitive colour, I don't know. But in black, it doesn't look bad at all.
    Red is too much Ferrari-like, I wouldn't want people on the street to ask "is this the new Ferrari...?".

    CGT production goes much faster now, maybe your dealer isn't aware of it or maybe he sold your position to somebody else. Cars are going to dealers much earlier soon.

    Can you order Slate on CGT? I thought there were only 5 colors to choose from.

    Nevertheless I agree, Seal or Slate Gray would look awesome .

    it looks like you are looking for one for yourself, considering your knowledge of CGTs there for sale...Kansas city - LA? I bet you are surfing during the day and night trying to find a deal to buy CGT for yourself

    Lev sorry to disappoint you. The CGT is not a car for me. I know this because I drove and spent over an hour in it.

    The reason I know a car is available is my friend ordered it and now wants to sell it.

    There are 6 standard colors, but paint-to-sample is availabe for MY 2005/2006 CGTs with a build slots no earlier than this January. Price, ... $15,000.

    The CGT looks great in all colors and honestly its your preference in the end. If you like it in red wait til October (Patience is Virtue ) but if you really really want it it looks great in Black and Seal Grey and in Yellow also...in the end its your choice of what you wanna do.

    Given the nonsense that is going on among early CGT buyers... you should ask yourself if this is the car for you. Here are 2 questions you should ask yourself:

    1 - Are you ready to learn the clutch (not too difficult but different from the usual fare of high rev feathered starts)?

    2 - Do you drive in areas where the car's low clearance is not an issue?
