    997 Turbo: a friend saw it!!!

    Was on the road Sat evening when a friend sent me a sms saying basically: "I'm in front of the new Turbo! It's simply beautiful!!!"

    I of course called him back subito presto. I told him the new Turbo is still 2 years away, but he swore he was touching it! Big rear-wing, Turbo logo on the rear, not looking like my 996TT. It even had the new round front lights, and was just beautiful! So it's got to be a 997 Turbo! But funnily, it had no side air-intakes...

    Wait... I cleared up a few details, and yep, it actually was a 911 Turbo. A 993 of course...

    Funny how people can get confused with the 911 family...

    hahaha, while I was reading I came to that conclusion before scrolling down and finding out that he was looking at a 993!
