CGX car nut:Exquisite attention to details and delightful proportions. It becomes and more apparent that the Roma was designed with cost/value engineering in mind.
Yes because its not in the 812 segment. it is "entry level" Ferrari along with Portofino. Marchionne from the grave.

Marchionne, or just the fact that it is a public company these days? Seems to me shareholders will inevitably push for more Ferraris somehow....

What is the situation with GPF on the regular 812? Are currently produced cars produced with- or without GPF? If it's still without, how come the GT3 RS (for example) had to get one mid-production?

From what I've been hearing, MY2020 812 SF (also confirmed by my dealer) will be the last Ferrari without GPF for RoW, can't say what's the situation with EU cars with build date 1/2020 onwards.
Since they had to pull quite a few technical strings to keep the GTS (with GPF) on par with the regular 812 power output, I can't imagine they would suddenly change the engine tune / spec of MY2020 812's.
My guess is that due to Ferrari's exemptions as a Small Volume Manufacturer the first homolation probably counts.

Their 2018 annual report sheds some light on how they plan to tackle it. Check page 18-19.
Whatever they do they will have to come up with hybrid and/or pure electric variants to survive, as well as hope that the EU will not push through with the idea of seeing them as part of the larger Fiat group meaning they would lose their SVM status.

I'm speechless whenever I saw a Ferrari. Everything is interesting when you talk about Ferrari. Thanks for the video and, I love it.

An 812 at 100k GBP? Still a while to wait then...
