A few things are weird:
1. the price tag is way too high, even if it includes install.
2. the vendor says that requests for an immediate buy are worthless, so the exhaust might not be available (yet?)
3. it says sport exhaust for the 997 Carrera S but it doesn't say if this is an original part
4. it looks like the real thing (telling from the pics)
5. the hall where the pictures have been taken reminds me of an Exlusive hall I saw once
6. location of the vendor is Stuttgart
I don't know but I would definetely wait for the sport exhaust to be available from Tequipment for retrofit.
I may get more information by Thursday.

Your pic is the first version of the 996 PSE. It has smaller pipes than the recent 996 PSE version.
This is the latest 996 PSE. The pic from the 997 PSE has even larger pipes, which makes sense to me.

Instalation is included.

That only means, you can not buy it for less then the highest price before the ebay-deal ended.

They say it is for 997 and 997 S, it is also not original, it is handmade by them.

Sorry Georg but the eBay offer sounds a little bit like scam to me, too vague and the price tag is still to high (and I mentioned that it includes install... ).
The original Porsche sport exhaust, which in my opinion sounds best compared to all those Gemballas, Techarts, etc., costs slightly over 1600 Euro incl. 16% german sales tax. I suppose it doesn't cost more than 300 Euro to install the exhaust including the switch. This would be 1900 Euro instead of 2700 Euro and you get the "real" thing.

I'm a Porsche fan BUT I would be mad if I lived next to this guy. Now that's what gets me about it, the whole issue is ridiculous even to discuss.
We're grown men, we live in good neighborhoods, we do not race on the streets, have good education, and yet some of us gottta get noisey stuff for the car that makes it annoying to others.
Too immature, or without a conscience is a guy who'd specify PSE for his car.
Unless you live in the middle of a major city, If you _must_ get it make sure you understand that it is considered noise pollution by others.

It is not about noise, a lot of aftermarket sport exhaust systems for the 911 are loud and noisy, it is about a specific 911 sound, a sound which is sexy and very seductive. I know this sounds crazy but the PSE has a very special sound, you have to hear it to understand. And the sound is even present when you rev the engine low, especially when you rev it low.

The PDE site has sound clips of the standard 996 exhaust and PSE. On the following site, click on interactive specs, then click on the engine, and there will be 2 sound clips at the bottom right:

The sound clips do a decent job of showing the difference between stock exhaust and PSE, but when you hear PSE in person you will love it!
