Again it's been very obvious that FER is FIA's darling!
A clear false start of SV hasn't been penalized
A crash from CL with MV (and ruining his race) hasn't been penalized right away (drive through and/ or 10s stop'n go) instead they punished him after the race with 5s (for the crash) and 10s (for his front wing flying away and destroying LH right mirror)!!
It's totally not understandable especially after the lethal GP2 race @SPA some weeks ago that they didn't call CL in immediately, unimaginable what could have happened if the end plate of CLs wing would have hit LH's head!!
I still can't understand how fast Ferrari could catch up in the last races and became a strong contender for the title?! It seems a bit fishy as no other team could improve and suddenly the guys from Modena aren't only fast on the straights anymore but in high downforce sectors like sector 1 in Suzuka.

But Bottas had a flase start also, look how he passed by the two Ferraris at the start. There was not even a investigation.
Obvious conscious bad strategie for Hamilton, so that he cannot fight with Bottas for the victory. Second pit stop was not really necessary for him.
Too much things going on in the background, no real racing. It get worse and worse.

He didn't and that's why there is no investigation, simple as that.
You have seen many times cars on the row behind could get a jump on the rows in the front on perfectly legal starts, it's all about reaction time and the launch.
