A brilliant antidote to the EV-shit we're surrounded with these days. Difficult not to think we're born in the wrong time when seeing this.

Loved it too. Had opportunity to drive a Daytona with my late father once and we also met Balboni at Pebble Beach.

My son always complaints that he is born into the wrong time because he is afraid his future car won't have any sound anymore. I am still thinking about getting him a Dodge Challenger with sport exhaust, he can use the valet mode, so the car isn't really fast (in valet mode only 163 hp or so) but my wife and me were discussing this a couple of times and we don't think it is the "appropriate" car for a beginner in Germany, especially in the current climate change discussion environment. He is finishing high school in two years and he cannot put anything of this in danger (if some of his teachers or class mates see him in a Challenger...oh boy ). Greta rules right now...

IMO, it is not good to learn driving in a FWD or a AWD car. To be an allround driver someone must familiarize with RWD as early as possible.
Similarly a manual gearbox license is a must for youngsters.
