Now that's a lot better than what we heard before.
Ferrari probably found out about the specs of the 997 Turbo and it's price tag, so they couldn't go up much higher.

Well at least Porsche is good for something.
Watt the carbon brakes are rumored to be close to $15,000. That's Nuts!

13k for the CCM brakes is surely insane.
indeed.
but this makes the decision -- go for carbon brakes or not? -- quite easy
ABSOLUTELY!

I took them .... should I regret this ??
Dealer told me that the price would be NO higher than 1Oth, I hope I can believe him, but I think it will be higher
They seem to brake better, .... I only tought that they would brake 'longer' better, but all the 'test drives' seems to talk about better braking
What is the real truth ?????
Hope there will be soon a test between the steel brae system and the carbon ones

CCM brakes are great. Better braking, longer better braking and believe or not... for most Porsche customer (as a friend out of Porsche Marketing told me).. number one reason to buy.... you will never get dusty rims again (for me... this is a buying option, too - but not for 13k).
cheers, L@rs
