Gnil:Grant:Looks great - reminds me of my trip to Geneva last year
Never saw that kind of roads in Geneva
They look more like this :
Well, luckily I was outside the city in the foothills - really nice curvy roads. BTW, think I see a McLaren stuck there in traffic

I was just joking . Just outside of the city you can find very similar road to mine . And mine is actually only 30 min from Geneva . Mc Laren drivers in Geneva do not have fun . I never saw him on ' my ' road

I used an external mic, hence the raw, manly and rugged exhaust note
You are really aspiring to fall in the Doc's footsteps, aren't you? What makes you think you're worthy?

Beautiful road to drive. We have similar roads outside of San Diego and policemen on motorcycles are stationed at the fast entry and exit points with their citation books in hand. There usually are there on sunny days especially during holidays and weekends.
What is the speed limit for the road you were on?
Of little, to make much: That is the dream of a human life.

That happens too here , specially on another mountain road a bit further that has excellent tarmac , is much faster, and ideal for motorbikes . What you do, is you go up once and check out the situation, then you do the run again
Speed limit is 80 km/h , but as some of those corners are very tight and aligned one after the other , doing 80 would be already taking them to the max reasonable speed possible . So you get the fun without the worry to loose your license .

Had some fun recently during a drift day in Boxberg, the Bosch proving ground.
Car is now fully broken in, barely using oil. Topped out on the German autobahn at 313km/h, was still pulling, too much traffic though. At this speeds you can feel the aero working, car really sticks to the tarmac. PDK pushing it really forward, last shift at 297km/h from 6. to 7. As mentioned several times, from 3 gear on the car shifts at 8600 rpm when using sport mode. Car is clunking at low speeds like my old GT3RS did with the single mass flywheel, I like that very much.
Even when going high speed over big bumps in the road wheels didn't touch the inner fender linings.
Had just now an alignment done, very similar to the ones the car used by Sport Auto during the Supertest, including ride hight (factory values) and corner weighting done. Oil change will be done next week after 3'000km for the piece of mind.
Only gripe I have is with the lacquer, showing a lot of swirl marks and sanding in the sunlight. The car will now be fully paint corrected by Porsche at their cost.

Here in the States, you can almost always drive double the speed limit in the mountains. My last speeding ticked was for almost triple the limit (and I was not near the car's limit) 😡
Now I have resigned myself to track driving only...
