    I love it! It is such a raw and unfiltered driving sensation! It feels like a karting but with 430 bhp. The titanium exhaust screams and the car is fast! This car is a keeper for me.

    We all knew the 600LT is coming, and we are now what it will look like, it's a secret that's not even a secret.

    Applauses for McLaren to do a Spyder/Convertible version, this is the Porsche GT3 Cab/Targa that people wanted but Porsche won't build.

    Weight really is over rated in a street car.

    If this is a race car, then I would be livid if weights goes up even by 1kg, or 100g.

    But this is a street car, and for street cars, anything less than 100lb difference I don't even think about it. Heck, maybe even 200 lbs, which just means I got a passenger.

    This is likely correct. Tesla says in [1]: "FIREFIGHTING

    USE WATER TO FIGHT A HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY FIRE. If the battery catches fire, is exposed to high heat, or is generating heat or gases, use large amounts of water to cool the battery. It can take approximately 3,000 gallons of water, applied directly to the battery, to fully extinguish and cool down a battery fire; always establish or request an additional water supply."

    My (very limited) understanding is, that it is not possible to extinguish the fire, because it produces its own oxygen. The water is just used for cooling. The linked document says: "Battery fires can take up to 24 hours to extinguish. Consider allowing the battery to burn while protecting exposures."

    The fire is so hot that it actually separates the H2 from the O in the H2O and then the O further feeds the fire.  Battery fires usually need special type of Foam to smother the fire

    This owner prefers the 600LT over the 488 Pista. Hes going to sell the Ferrari.

    Pista has more bodyroll, understeer...and it's a bit too powerful for Nordschleife anyway.

    He changed the Pista tires that day and it fixed the understeer. But overall he prefers the 600LT. It's more suited for track. Pista it's more enjoyable on the road, he says.

    But I guess the cost of tracking a Pista and the associated depreciation is a big part of his decision.

    It seems that lost 2-3 secs when he scraped the front , which puts his time on par or very near to the GT3 RS.

    Splitting hairs really.

    But the GT2 RS rules, for those who can tame it.
