Joost:Boyko, thanks so much for the workshop document! Gives a whole new appreciation of the new 911.
By the way, does anybody happen to have the generations picture below in high resolution?
Here's the best I could find

AS4s:probably because 991.2 front is way too similar to 992 because of the slim LED design and grill

That rear light strip looks intensely bright in some photos - if that will be the new all-Porsche styling signature it could get annoying. Or too clever... remember BMW’s halo headlight rings?

Its a picture, you have to see in the flesh.
The worst eye burning rear lights are the Audi's of the last 10 years or so. They are super bright and really it hurts if you have one of them ahead of you.

I think that‘s how they always do it, take the “best“, which means the latest, XXX.2-version of the older models because the XXX.2 normally looks better than the XXX.1, but take the first version of the direct predecessor, to give a distinct gap, as the second version of the predecessor still looks up to date in comparison to the newest model?
We're at the point where you can be the fastest or just sound like you're the fastest.
The secret of life is to admire without desiring.

with more and more people texting WHILE driving , in addition to the usual assortment of stoned or drunk ones , that , IMO , is a GOOD thing for the driver / passengers in said Audis !

Stress is man made.

I went to the Porsche Camp 4 experience some years back. Get ready for a real unique treat. Porsche does a wonderful job organizing the event, but my guess is they would use the 991s which have been up there for sometime in preparation for the event. You will certainly not need any extra power, since driving on ice is unbelievably tricky and fun already. Do the snowmobile tour through the forest if that’s an option that still offered. Crazy!
DuckieRS:No 992's yet. We're trying to get one for a Travel Experience next summer and that isn't even in the cards...
Can you elaborate a little more?
Very, VERY preliminary ... but I’m looking into a travel experience next summer that would include Porsche VIP at Le Mans, a week driving through Europe in a convoy, and the next weekend Porsche VIP at Nurburgring 24. This program would be through Porsche.
