Yep...unbelievable. 
They destroyed the clean line of the R8, I hope they don't do the same with the Huracan.
The facelifted R8 actually looks now a little bit like the TT from the front. 
I know that such a car needs to be seen live but even live, it doesn't look much better. Also, now the car seems to be color sensitive.

I know that such a car needs to be seen live but even live, it doesn't look much better. Also, now the car seems to be color sensitive.

Have to agree with 4trac, yes now I have a classic too. But anyhow since my R8 is not a lease it is/was always a classic once i bought it! Or perhaps since this facelift, is lets but nicely, a bit akward the pre-face lift cars go up in value. (hahaha 
)

This was the sound INSIDE, even our Evoque sounds nice inside a closed room. 
The new R8 doesn't sound that good outside (track video), they used the sound from inside the car, which is apparently a bit generated by some kind of sound symposer.
There is also a reason why the exhaust pipes look that weird, there was no room for the particulate filter, so... 
Also, no more exhaust button, sound only changes with specific driving program.

It looks very different I'm afraid but I don't like it. Only in black and with carbon/black side blades, the cars look similar.

Of course...I drive a V10, not a crappy 6-cyl. Boxer. 
I can lease the new one, what's your point? I don't want it. Maybe the Spyder Performance would be interesting in a couple of years but I still have my eyes on the Performante.
