The cayenne GTS is the high water mark for cayenne, this new design is lousy, from the side it reminds me of the schwimmwagen.
Current porsche design is just horrible.

I have been thinking deep and hard if I should get a Cayenne GTS or the '09 ML63. I keep going back and forth. As you mentioned I get mixed feelings about the GTS, it's part S and part Turbo yet not real identity.
The ML63 on the other hand looks very different from other MLs for almost the same price.
I was told by the dealer that I can get a brand new White GTS (which looks really nice BTW) for around 83k and the MB dealer had a white ML63 and sold and getting another one which is Fully loaded and promised me for mid 80's (sticker 92 to 93k). Power wise speaking the ML63 has 100 more HP too.
Still can't decide though .
Hi Ron,
I'm in the same boat. Trying to choose between an ML63 or a GTS. The 09 ML63 looks much better than the 08 but neither the ML or the GTS is really "wowwing" me yet.
I've had a Range Rover for the last 5 years which was great, the thing that's keeping me for either the ML or the GTS is the interior of my Range Rover and the seating position, the ML feels more like you sit in it whereas the RR feels like you are sitting on it.
Anyways good luck in your search and let me know if there is any other car you are looking at.
