    PDK Launch Control

    HI guys, just wanted to clear something up..

    DOes using the launch control void the warranty a la GT-R?
    How many times can you use it? Is there a limit?

    I was told that there are no restrictions on using it. It's expected that launches should have some cooling period (minutes) between consecutive ones. I find that a curiosity. I do not see the point of using it at all - just for grabbing rights and show-off really.

    you use it for the best launch which has nothing to do with bragging. it's quite fun actually.

    on my gt2, launch control is like a catapult compared to normal launches. great fun.....

    No limit - but you will be hard pressed to find long enough bits of road!!!

    The real test will be seeing when the pragmatic instances of launch control related/blamable gearbox/drivetrain failures show up at dealers and how they/PCNA/Europe deal with it.

    i was wondering, what is the point of building launch control onto the car with intention of not warranty it??? i think it is just bad press for GTR...
