RC: can you comment on the article's issue (pg.9) w/ the rear suspension bushings causing a "lateral heave." Have you seen this, and if yes, what is it, what do you feel? Thanks.
I'm afraid I can't say much about this because I had only around one hour in a PASM equipped car. For the sake of being able to tell something about PASM performance, I concentrated on sportiness and especially on the differences between comfort and sport setting of PASM.
I don't fully agree that PASM sport setting is too stiff, it is just right. There is still the comfort button and this is actually something I don't agree with either: the comfort setting feels definetely a bit too soft but this can be just right for a daily driver on bumpy roads.
One thing I know for sure after driving now more than 800 km with the 20 mm chassis/LSD. This is definetely not something most people want to have on their 997, especially not on a daily driver. Yesterday I drove more than 200 km country roads, some of them pretty bumpy and I have to confess that maybe I'm getting old. It was a bit too much, my back was happy to escape the seat after that drive.
