    Gallardo LP560 vs 997 GT2 vs SL63 AMG

    Sadly, the magazine will be available as late as on Friday in my country. So if anybody could post the results sooner, it would be more than welcome.

    (GT2 vs. LP560-4, the SL63 I will ignore...)

    0-100kph: 3.9 vs. 3.7s
    0-200kph: 11.5 vs. 11.3s
    Top-speed: 329kph vs. 325kph

    100-0: 32.2m vs 32.3m

    Test track: 1.39,0 vs. 1.39,9
    Slalom: 69.9kph vs. 68.9kph

    Test weight: 1480kg vs. 1592kg

    (LP560-4 on PZero Corsa, GT2 on MS Cup)

    Sadly, they apparently did not retest the 997 GT2 and used old numbers as usual.

    The LP560 seems to be very consistent and very fast. Significantly faster than the superleggera despite weight disadvantage and only moderate power gain. The new engine seems to be a masterpiece. Either it pushes out more power than claimed or they worked hard and reduced AWD loss significantly. The LP560 is in a different universe in comparison to old 520hp gallardo which used to do 200km/h in 13-14s.
