The GT3RS is a very capable track car yet very forgiving too.
In Leipzig after driving around in the Cup car, I got back into the GT3RS and the first corner I forgot I was NOT in the Cup car, pretty much messed up the braking point and corner entry speed, it gave me a slap on the ass to wake me up yet stayed on track. I think not many cars are as capable as the GT3RS.

To flippers : I was confirmed yesterday that Porsche does indeed follow the history of your car. If you sell it within a short time ( I don't have the time frame ) you are put on a black list and should not be able to get any other special or GT model in the future.

I the defence for the "flippers" that is only valid for 6-12 month - lot's of People buy and sell and are no flippers - however I am not denying that particular the RS models have been "abused" . I had a interesting discussion with Mr. Walliser on that subject and he gets letters from People being disappointed not getting the R for example - owning 9 Porsche cars etc - and he politely had to say that he has a lot of customers who have a collection in the range of +30 cars......
so there you go....

Haha, thanks..! I won't post the pics of me where I am a mysteriously long way from the apex
Need a good racer-excuse for that.. might go with: "the really fast guys sacrifce that apex to be faster into the next section"

Awesome! I find that the modern Porsche suspensions really ride curbs at the track in a very impressive manner. There are a few at my track that really upset previous track cars and the GT4 seems to glide right over them (especially when the car is really cornering hard and the side of the car riding the curbs is unweighted).

Haha, actually that's what I was told, the Cup car takes curbs much better than the street car i.e. GT3RS because of the smaller wheel size.
The 18" slicks on the Cup car have a very forgiving sidewall, the 20/21 combo in the GT3RS not so much. They bent quite a number of rims at Leipzig from people taking the curbing at Bus Stop while braking, adding load to the front wheels.
