    Problem is in the fact that MB marketing forced all new facelifts-all models look like each other. Their logic is CLS>SL...

    Check out Infiniti M35 head lights design...


    Very new SL-like or vice versa?

    Good find, Kreso!

    Anyone knows what those black things in the headrests are? Looks like some TFT for the rear passengers -- but there are no rear seats... Air scarf exhaust? 4th and 5th brake light?

    The car design looks confused, inside and out.
    The older model looked so elegant in comparison.

    Too bad I was hoping for a nicer refresh actually.

    BTW does anyone else notice a pattern here MB facelifts usually crap up the original design while BMWs ussually make them better?

    That usually happens, if you try to alter a nearly perfect design. Let's hope Porsche won't make the same mistake with the 997...

    it's weird, the facelift actually makes it look more dated than the pre-facelift

    That's what happens when you try to combine the beautiful, rounded hips (the back) with some cheap origami (the front). The car has no cohesion and I would much prefer the pre-facelift version, even at the same price.

    Uahhh... this car is ugly!

    This SL never had the class of the precessors. And this new front has just too many elements. Power domes are to much.

    Whole car doesnt look like it is out of one glue it looks like a cheap pimped SL.

    Nooo go!

    Indeed. The system is incorporated into the headrests, hence the voluminous shape, so you'd see the fans feeding air into your hair...
