    Mercedes Benz Unveils SL Facelift teaser

    The SL 63 AMG is going to be

    Thanks once again for the heads up. IMO, the design modifcation of the rear, is definitely not an improvement. But maybe I'll need to see it in real life.

    New SL63 is equiped with 7Speed AMG Automatic gearbox with new programms. 030 Performance Package with LSD is optional as is 300km/h limiter.

    It looks very now, with straighter lines, but will date more quickly than the current shape.

    If you cover-up the turn signal light on the headlamp you get VW Phaeton headlights.

    Those new headlamps look like they came from the new Cayenne I loved the original SL headlamps. They got it right the first time. Now it's been spoilt

    In this pic the car looks just awful.

    The whole front seems out of proportion because of the new grill and headlights.

    Look at the bright side. Anyone with a pre-facelift SL will face a much lower drop in car value than otherwise .

    Looks like Merc is taking design ideas from Cadillac now, this looks quite a bit like the XLR.

    Please guys remember something: the old chief of style, a guy i know because of friends, left the company last year to start his own business.
    He was the father of the old SL/S class and CL was his last creation.

    I think that letting him go they made the wrong move....
