    New Scuderia Videos......need to identify color!!

    Two videos which contain a Scuderia in a very rare non-metallic grey color which I've been looking for.

    Two great videos and I love the grey color. Anyone know which color it is? IMO, it can only be either Grigio Medio or Grigio Scuro, both a historical Ferrari color.

    It has been resolved. I have received today the information with regards to the color of the Scuderia in the video from Mr. Cavagna, Ferrari Regional Manager Middle East & Africa.

    Here is the reply:

    "Tarek, the 430 Scuderia is our PS 4 (pre-series) VIN 155219 with number plate L4 13406.
    Colour for the exterior is GRIGIO SCURO 792 from the '50-'60 colour range . Modis code for the colour range is PNTC, then the dealer must specify the GRIGIO SCURO 792 colour.
    My recommendation: remember to order as well the racing livery code PNT4 and the brake calipers in aluminium code CALA

    Tarek, are you sure you want a grey color on the Scud? The car is a performance car which generates excitement in its looks and sound. To dress it down with a grey exterior is blasphemy.

    Seriously, go with an exciting Ferrari color and leave the grey and silver to Porsche's.

    Are you sure it's non-metallic? Does look like some dark matallic grey to me.

    That's because people want to use the sports car on a daily basis and not be an attention magnet. Which only adds to the argument that most Ferrari drivers need or want to be noticed, compared to the cool, calm, unassuming james bond-like porsche driver

    I am absolutely certain that while driving a Porsche you will not have a problem being an attention magnet. I am confident no one will notice.

    BTW, I do agree driving a Ferrari does get a lot of attention and those wishing to be anonymous while driving a car should not buy one. Certainly you would be better off in a Porsche.

    Sorry Matey, not in the UK. People prefer black than silver/grey...dingdong wrong again -1
    Silver is more of an MB clour than P-cars. If I may ask why did you go for a yellow F-car...it's more of a girlie colour, especially on a 430. Anyway I guess it says more about the driver oops

    Yes, it's Grigio Scuro 792, a solid grey......confirmed it with Italy.

    ........I love seeing bright colors on Ferraris, they look very cool, but honestly, I don't have the guts to own/drive a yellow or red Ferrari....too flashy for my personal taste .

    I understand completely your concern regarding bright colors. However, never lose sight of the fact it is a Ferrari.

    Nick is absolutely correct, but if you go with red or yellow don't forget to complete the package with the toupé, gold chains and manziere to hold in your gut and moobs. Almost forgot, it's best if the rug is the 80's Shatner T. J. Hooker model.
