570 Spider for a Turbo Cabriolet, why not.
570 Spider for an Italian car, no way. Perhaps as an addition, but not instead.

SciFrog:RC, have you tried the 570 spider?
Yes (Coupe only though), a very nice car but it sounds like crap (OK, maybe not as bad as the M5 or a 911 Turbo S...) and the turbo lag is hugely annoying. Performance is top notch though, so seemed interior quality and drive feel. Amazing traction control setup (traction reminds me a lot of the 911) for a RWD car. Very good offer for the money but it is really difficult to switch from a n/a sportscar to a turbo charged one. Every time I drive the E63S after the R8, I think something is wrong with the throttle and/or engine. 
The Performante is everything I want, a R8 with a better (yes, it is possible) sound and a more attractive interior (I love the Huracan Performante Forged Carbon interior with Alcantara...LOVE IT). Also 30 horses more (not that it matters).

SciFrog:That would be the place of the 675LT then? Or future 720S spider?
I am curious about the 720S but according to those who drove one and own for example a Huracan, Aventador or F12, the 720S still has a turbo lag. 
Performance-wise, there is no better bang for the buck than the 720S, no doubt.

I have the desire, do you have the money? 
Almost pulled the trigger but I'm glad I didn't listen to my wife and decided to wait. I wasn't interested in a lease, just buying (lease would have costed me 56k extra over 48 months...no way I would do that) but I prefer to let the money work for now.

Van-:looking hard at the Performante myself, but could be they come out with the rear wheel steer this year?
Maybe with the facelift? It is my understanding that this year (next MY), there will be only a switch to engines with particulate filter (EU only?).

There was some debate earlier at the time of the Performante's introduction why rear wheel steering was included as the Aventador S is now offered with that system. Lamborghini's reply was that with ALA and the car's short wheelbase, rear wheel steering added nothing in terms of performance. That could always change but such an update seems almost unwarranted.

I assume that the normal Huracan will get RWS, would make sense. Maybe optional only, who knows. They love charging for everything.
