    Little info for those interested.

    Clubsport Cage weight is around 19kg. WP Titanium Cage is 12kg. 

    Folding Buckets are around 2kg lighter then LWBs.

    Magnesium wheels(only with WP) are 11.5kg lighter then standard wheels. Standard wheels are lighter then 991.1 GT3 RS wheels.

    Oh, and price in Germany with WP, Magnesium wheels, Lizard Green exterior and interior is around 250k €.

    SanDiegoDavid@rennlist mentioned that the MPCS N2's (from the GT2RS) is lighter then the N1's from the 991.1GT3 RS.
    So I wonder if it is wheel weight or rim weight that is lighter ("Standard wheels are lighter then 991.1 GT3 RS wheels")

    Weissach package without magnesium wheels is 18k EUR (incl. 19% VAT).

    Lizard Green color is 3.6k EUR.

    Thanks as always for the info, very much appreciated. I would like Porsche to give away weights more actively for all models, just as a general info. However, given the overall weight of the car I doubt that one would really "feel" the weight loss (perhaps on the wheels I guess this would be noticeable) - anyway, at least good to know for the track talk in summer....

    The Weissach package incl. the magnesium wheels doesn't make a lot of sense for amateur drivers. Also, magnesium rim damages can be expensive.

    I would take the GT3 RS with very few options, incl. Clubsport package. Came up with 208k for a fully equipped car (to my specs, lizard green, incl. interior) and this is acceptable.

    Still drooling over this one but I know that it would be a mistake (for me).

    It's mental. I have no idea how they can justify that kind of a price increase.  There will be a EUR/CHF adjustment of some kind, but I looked at the recent 2RS and GT3 numbers and it won't be big if treating them as a guide.

    With WP and mag wheels, it's a >300k car.

    That is way to expensive but if I remember correctly, the base price of the GT3 RS 4.0 in Switzerland was CHF 264k (excl. EUR bonus) but only 600 were built so you had at least the exclusivity.

    Same here (Germany): After 2 years I would realistically get 165K€ for my 991.1 GT3 RS (21.000 km on the clock).

    A .2 GT3 RS spec more or less equally (lizard interior / exterior, no WP) would be at about 215K€.

    Me2 - Maybe it is the electric engine for height adjustment that is the reason.

    I thought it was the opposite, 918 LWB are lighter than folding ones.

    Magnesium wheels is extra cost on top of WP and way later.

    Yes, electric motor is the key. Hight adjustment comes with a weight addition.
