    car is definitely growing on me but not the front. The two tone look is a bit much. Its the same reason why I think the 911 TT looks better in dark colors. Hides some of the business.

    The rear-three quarters is the best angle for the car.

    though I wouldnt buy it over a 997 Turbo

    I really like the front end of this car
    the rest... ...not really appealing to me..

    My two cents worth...

    I must just say that whatever opinion one may form, of any make/model, its completely relative because its all about passion. Common sense always seems to take a back seat when we justify buying that new "luxury" car, house, boat or plane, because its an emotion and passion, which is great. You can easily justify to your mates and wife, why you need to trade-in your lawn mower for the latest 400hp model if you're passionate enough about lawn mowers!

    So, the GT-R. I have mixed feelings about the looks. It seems to look better in different colours but to me it never looks so good that my jaw wants to drop. The front grille looks like it could've been borrowed from the new Evo X, or vice versa, and the profile created by the A,B,C pillars reminds me of those of the Suzuki Swift.
    The history of the car means there's no doubting its intentions or capabilities, although the 1700 odd kilo's leaves a small question mark in my mind. I'd be interested to see what starts happening once the tuning companies get to work on this latest model in terms of bhp.

    It strikes me as being a mass produced sports car, and as a result immediately loses its sports car appeal. To me, the new GT-R could develop all the power in the world, turn on rails and stop on a dime, but it will never stir the emotions associated with a Porsche.
