Kobalt:
One dealer told me today that Sweden gets 15 units 991.2 GT3RS.
FWIW: Porsche tells their dealers (at least in Sweden) that the RS-cars are to be given out to people that actually uses the cars. They want to see the cars on track and in traffic - not in garages or on Mobile.de.
I know that the last definitely is true - allocations has been redrawn.
Basically Porsche want these cars and their drivers to be ambassadors for the brand.
I heard that as well and I would love to be a brand ambassador but only if they rent it to me.
Just heard that a German vlogger rented a E63 S AMG for 6 months from Mercedes, for a "special rate". Lucky guy. He calls that lease but the car is owned by Mercedes (S license plates, guy is from North Germany), so... Seems to happen often but I have to admit that this is a clever move. Not sure if the viewers of that vlogger will (or could) actually buy a E63 but it is good (and relatively cheap) advertisement for Mercedes.
On a more serious note: It is pretty much inevitable that some people will get the GT2RS and that not everyone of these people will actually drive the car. Which is sad of course.
One of my neighbors is badly looking for a GT2 RS and he can't get one. He has a huge car collection (mostly Mercedes though) and he really drives them, though not all the time. He would drive the GT2 RS but probably only one weekend...per year. It is really difficult to decide who gets one and who doesn't but there is never a 100% guarantee that the car will be driven often. Unless they give it to me.
