    Was a bit shocked myself when I found some pics of the trackday on the net - looks like really bad weather
    Next time I'll better have some Belgian fries instead of sliding in the rain

    Wow PJ, as always a good read with nice pics. Been on spa once, (during porsche days) and absolutely love the atmosphere and scenery (and the cars of cours ;-)) I miss one picture though! The girl!

    Hi Ferdie - no specific plans (wish I could be there ). Do you have something in mind ?
    Yes, the new helmet is great - weight is 1,100 grams only, hence it is really comfortable

    @ Joost: wifey must have built in a filter into the camera The Porsche days at Spa are on my calendar for next year Though I'm not sure which kind of drivers show up for this event (a salesguy at my OPC told me that this year during the introduction laps (!) one CGT and two GT3 RS crashed... )

    LOL.
    The porsche days are very diverse, I think. They split people into three groups, from novice to experienced. When I was there, I saw some really great GT3 cups, CGT's GT2s (racing!) The best though was a (real) 550spyder which was going a lot faster than most of the guys in their precious modern sportscars!

    I've never enjoyed the mithical Eau Rouge, but this makes me even more hungry!
