    Grille paint looks awful IM_H_O. There's those retro-looking GM cars rolling around with the big-assed grille-slats in your face. (chrysler? dodge?)

    Silver on a Turbo bothers me because of all the slats, vents, and wings: too busy on TT and silver shows them off. On a NA carrera silver looks best.

    My 2 cents...keep the cobalt. I had an 05 GT silver C2S before I got my 08 cobalt blue TT.

    For a slightly iconoclastic view...I decided to get the DAJ exterior painted option with the front grill painted cobalt blue. I was worried with what other folks had written, but since picking up the car, I think it looks FANTASTIC...especially with the rockers also painted. IMHO, it's not too much and really makes the car look "unified."

    Yes, I was surfing the US Porsche site for used Turbo pics today and I found some Arctic Silver with DAJ (painted grilles and skirts) shots. I then called my dealer, found out that my order wasn't yet closed, popped down to the OPC and changed the order.

    The arctic combo I have gone for is like a less extrovert version of the stunning all white with DAJ combo. Seems to be dividing opinions though. But I think it looks awesome. Has the classic and classy looks combined with something different.

    OPC said as my build date wasn't yet set (other than being some time in Nov) then my changes shouldn't affect anything and worse case scenario if they did would be 2 weeks.
