    Re: P15/Senna -- Yuck

I took the Senna on the track where it belongs last week at Spa  .... what a circuit as you know . Lovely clear day with no rain and well organised by McLaren, at a price though angry.  I can only reconfirm all that has been said about it before - incredibly fast, stable, and planted - the downforce story is real. The brakes are incredible and I found myself breaking too early for the first few laps and then too late heart. It really is as near to a race car as a road car gets. I also took a 600LT out at the end of the day - back to reality - just reinforces how good the Senna was. BTW when other Sennas past me  they sounded awesome - so much for the McLaren has no soul mantra. Here is an iPhone photo and links to some much better ones. The spec is inspired by Ayrton Senna's helmet  - very dark blue (exact match and then metallicized) /yellow/green accents.

Just have someone shadow and accompany you with the luggages in another car. Butler, body guard... At this income level, it is a drop in the bucket.

Saw my first Senna today in black - wow it looks so purposeful in person. Pictures don’t really do the car justice. In black at least indecision

You know, I think the Senna aged better. It looks better now than when it first came out.

    +1

Also, I think it’s very color sensitive. Some combos really makes it look great.

One thing for sure, the car sounds LOUD !!

Very nice!  But that shot of Eau Rouge really flattens the perspective (the elevation in reality looks like a mountain from inside the windscreen )

Yes - I thought that too. Less of a mountain at Senna speeds though SmileySmileySmiley.

    Congrats!

    Re: P15/Senna

I hesitate to post as this thread is awesome great pics amazing Senna, I've had the pleasure of seeing one in the  flesh and they are an incredible car I really love them but  without meaning to be churlish and this is not reserved for the Senna.... but I really do not like the silver aluminium wheel look particularly on dark cars.

I know the "trend" has purportedly changed away from the gangsta black wheel look but I think I am stuck in the past as I still prefer dark wheels in most circumstances and to my eyes the sliver look is dated and not a good look. I know noone asked angry
