    Which would you choose given the chance?...

    Dunno if I can wait for the MkII so I've been checking out a few 2nd hand MkI's.

    White one...even if it sounds so strange to have two owners on such a small amount of miles.
    Could it be because they bought it without considering how hard is it to use inside a city? (low car, heavy clutch (i love it) and things like these?)

    I'll chime in with my usual reasoning on color. I think "less is more" maybe especially in the UK (?). White is kinda flashy for some places. Except in places like Miami Beach or SoCal I'd like to go by unnoticed (except by other Porschephiles) so grey/silver is better for not attracting attention of "poor" people watching the "rich" guy go by.

    I'd go grey - media is telling us white is back in fashion on UK, but it'll still be a headache when you try to move it on.

    Either way, they'll both sound great and from the inside, you can't really tell the colour!!!

    I've ordered a Meteor GT3 myself. So that's my vote. But I suppose opinion is 50:50 split. Think resale better on the grey too: 1) fewer owners 2) grey / silver easier sell. Agree with comment that white and primary colours look good if you live in Miami and places like that because of the light conditions, vs the UK.

    Depending on how much of the year you intend to use the vehicle the heated seats are a real joy in certain weather conditions.

    I usually associate white with GT3; however, the Meteor grey adds a touch of class to a great car.

    go with class and take meteor.

    See if you can buy that field that looks like a giant pool table, is it an airfield? The white gt3 looks like a cue ball on it.

    When I see a white 997 I immediately assume GT3!!

    When I see a grey one I don't.

    If you want everyone to know its a GT3, Definitely go white.

    If you want to blend, Grey.

    I'd go white. In fact my next car will be white! How many decent sports car do you see in white over in Yorkshire. Not many i would guess. All dark colours.

    Stand out. Be brave!

    This is quite a difficult decision to be honest, however, it kind of depends what sort of deal I can get. One has Sports Chrono (the White one) which I would prefer as I like the "sport" button and what it provides in terms of throttle response.

    The car will be my daily driver and if I had one worry it would be how hard the clutch is. I have an old motorbike war wound which could possibly mean I struggle a little if it's to hard, as it's rumoured to be. Perhaps someone can tell me how it compares to a C2S which would be helpful.

    I'm drawn towards the White not only because the GT3 is best suited in this colour IMO but also the Chrono. However, if the alternative had been Black I would think the decision would be a little more difficult, as I agree Grey/black would help resale values.

    I'll let you know how I get on and yes, I'll ask the PA what colour she likes.

    After having Sport Chrono on my car for over a year, I can honestly say that, were it not for the improved throttle response, I could not care less for it and wouldn't order it again. But, as it is on my Carrera S, there is no other way to get the throttle response of the Sport setting without Sports Chrono.

    In conclusion, if it doesn't do anything in the GT3 except the chronometre function, I wouldn't worry about it then.
