Zero pain if no injuries to self and accid was not own fault.... 
Any new F is fully insured and prob $0-down leased; would just call F dealer to get another one built and airshipped ASAP....
Would never drive any car post-any collision repair....don't know what struc/safety issues may be difficult to identify and correct once factory-spec mechanicals/structures are compromised (e.g., a mere replacement windshield may not have same struc integrity as original windshield robotically-installed/sealed at factory
)...various such major/minor unknowns may compromise one's active/passive safety in any future emergent driving maneuver.....

First 2 pictures make it look like the guy did a horrible masking job then inserted a picture of another wrecked car. Thats why I saw at first but upon looking closer it just looks like a crappy camera

Ouch. Reminds me of what the two guys did in the Gumball 3000 did a few years go with their F430 Spider. Road up on a curb and tore a wheel of an axle.
Curbs are ridiculously low in Dubai. When I was there, I lost track of the number of gouge marks and hop marks.
Worse yet, the formulation of asphalt they use for their roads does not have enough grip. Once some of the sand/silt gets on it, it's like riding on ice. They should have laid concrete.
Dubai really needs to punt their the civil engineers!
