    Yeah, there are some pics of a 997 turbo cab in that color in the turbo thread.

    Ugh! Sorry for my us$.02 but it's not very flattering for Porsches. Maybe colors like Macadamia and "Burgandy (?)" are best reserved for RR and Bentley.

    Took a survey of colors at the dealer yesterday. 75% are either black or silver. Boring, maybe Macadamia is a refreshing change. Just my opinon.

    I find Macademia with a Sand interior extremely elegant.

    There's a problem with brown. Well known among fashion experts that very few wardrobes should have brown (yeah it's funny I know ). I don't have a single brown suit.

    Soooooo, extrapolating from common everyday life: it's probably very easy to have a problem with this color on your _Porsche_.

    DEFinitely see it in person (which I have NOT) before you decide.

    Having not seen it in person I can only tell from the photos that this color might be a "loser."

    By the way there've been several of "loser" colors in Porsche's past.

    Sorry for Flame-worthy comments. Just be wary of brown.

    Photo below isn't very encouraging:

    Perhaps for example: those _red_ calipers and brake lights are lookin' freeky-deeky. I dunno... .

    Whilst I agree that brown can be a dubious color, this macademia has an almost sun tanned bronze goddess shade. (at least to me)
    I also see hints of mauve in it.

    P.S. No, I'm not on acid.

    Well, I have seen two macadamia brown 997 TT cabs so far, both with sand beige leather. Pictures cannot do it justice. Its a stunning colour combination.

    Attached (hopefully) are pictures of my '08 Macadamia Metallic C2S. It really sparkles beautifully, with lots and lots of gold-colored metallic in the paint. I'm super happy with the color, and everyone who sees it up close and personal loves it. It truly must be seen to be appreciated. Hope my amateurish pictures does it proper justice.

    Which interior color, besides beige, would be suitable for macadamia? I really like the exterior but would like a different interior....perhaps black/beige full leather interior? terracotta? carrera red? or simply grey?

    This is a difficult one.
    I personally think that sand beige is the only color that goes well. It's a similar color but much lighter in shade and so you get the contrast.
    Terracotta is too dark and is more reddish.
    But this is all down to personal taste.

    Natural Leather - Brown, would also look good. The "Brown" is really a misnomer. It is similar to the color of peanut butter and would look good with Macadamia Metallic, IMO.
