I love that new front and the overall look of the car.
Sound I'm not so fond of, too deep, like on 430 also - lost that Ferrari raspines IMO. I guess the engine is too big or something. CS was the last king in that department, and IMO a "must own" at some point.

Agreed. When Ferrari punched the engine out to 4.3 litres, the banshee wail of the 360 engine was lost. It's too deep and bellowy for my taste.
I still prefer the sound of the 360 over the F430.
Other way round here. 360's sound was far too tinny for me, I like the F430 much more.

Unfortunately I had to learn that this red won't be available for the street cars. Ferrari intended to do so, but obviously this colour is not resistant enough for road use.

, and gives a true indication of what it will look like in the flesh . the 430 was never an easy car to take photos of , and make the car look as good on film as in real life . sorry for the dumb question , is this the red that isn't available ? if so then maybe rosso scudera is the way to go .

Really? I read somewhere that because it lacks driver airbags that it will not be in the US market. Another tidbit I read is since it 'will' not come to the American market it will not be a limited edition model to make up for sales lost in North America. But I guess even some sources can get it all wrong.

Would suspect EU (like US) has many repeat F buyers who own several residences in different locales for quality-of-life/tax, etc reasons....and can easily arbitrage F mkt inefficiencies found in various parts of EU/US....makes sense to keep any F at a residence w/consumption culture, climate, topography and roads that are F-compatible.....
