    It's starting to grow on me too.
    For a coupé it is incredibly roomy in the back.

    I didn't really like it form the pics, but after I've seen it in Frankfurt I have to say this car looks great. Inside and outside. No matter which colour.
    Sure it's no hardcore sportscar, more a luxury GT, but it's a damn good looking luxury GT.

    I do. Actually that is the reason I've decided for the CL. I can't take a glamorous attention-seeking daily driver any more! I want to isolate myself from the real world -- which I'll rarely notice through the NightVision device while I get a nice massage from the sofa-like seats.

    Ah, I know. I'm getting old hopefully the F430 successor isn't too far away to stop this degeneration

    Had CL500 (and 600) for a mth or so each; good cars while waiting for CL63 to arrive...

    Prob w/Masers is that they aren't brilliantly sorted perf cars like F....nor supersafe/advcd-tech GTs like CL63...

    Looking forward to getting Scud in early '08....but always prefer CL63 in any emergent deceleration on a busy fwy when being rear-ended is a possibility; or in any near-miss/frontal collision in mtn twisties....uncommon possibilities but potentially gruesome in any car w/sub-new CL safety tech/strucs...

    Scud will likely be great contrasting wkend car for when in mood for less risk-averse wkend driving in mtn twisties....

    CL500 is truly a great and the most impressive car I have ever been in from a comfort and technological aspect. However after a year of ownership and more and more of them in circulation, it was the time to change.
