My Interior will be loaded w/ CF, love the way it looks in turbo cabs. Only CF I didn't get is the steering wheel because I like the thicker leather XPA wheel.

My 2 favorite parts are the way the stitched turbo storage compartment lid looks on the CF rear consule & the way the leather inner sills look w/ the CF outer sills!! Yummy!
This pic is your combo right? Very nice. You have to make sure to get the steering wheel airbag cover in red, don't know why but I've seen it in black too & it doesn't look right.

Mine is coupe and when you order Natural Leather Carrera Red you basically get everything in Carrera Red.
My steering wheel combo is 431 Multifunction steering wheel + CPA Thicker steering column(for Multifunction wheel). I wanted ECA-alu gearknob + hand brake so I didn't go for 803 Carbon Package but, everything else in CF(EAD,XTL,XMJ,CJJ and X69) and I add CVP leather trim strip.
I do not like Vulcan Grey interior finish... Only three colors in my interior-Carrera Red, Alu and CF... I like it that way...

I guess you got rid of the Vulcan Grey on the seat back controls/seat back hanger. I happen to like the way the stock Vulcan Grey looks on the seatbacks PCM & XPA wheel especially on a triple black car, brings equal levels of contrast to the interior & painting the seatbacks or leather seatbacks (looks too much like the stock seats) is not an option for me. The Vulcan Grey adds contrast to the adaptive sport seat but doesn't look overdone/overthought like how paint can look. What are you going to finish the seatbacks in then? leather? I wouldn't do Alum. seatbacks in a Meteor/Red car.

Yes. Seatbacks in leather. PCM in leather as well. I looked very carefully about harmony of colors and it will look great IMHO.
For your cabrio I agree that Vulcan Grey is good for all black car(exterior,interior).

Make sure you get the seat back hooks & seat back controls (upper lever to tilt seat forward) in leather then. Otherwise you'll have grey area's on the back of the red seat backs. I agree should look really awesome!

Just had confirmation from my dealer that I will have an October build! The exclusive options will add +/- 3 to 4 weeks so I hope to get the car by the end of November. Then 3/4 weeks for the Ruf conversions so January 2008 phase 1 will be finished 
Love those CF options btw Stradale! Until now I kinda hated CF but it's slowing starting to grow on me.

Volcano Grey can be painted to match (we do it every week) for the steering wheel pieces, seat parts (yep, even the airbag cover) and PCM.
If you can opt for leather on the PCM, do it. Just do it. Once you see it, you'll understand. Otherwise, consider letting us do the pcm in flat black to eliminate the busy-ness of the entire panel.

Fell for CF when I got my Challenge Stradale a few years back. So loaded the interior of my 430 w/ it. Would have done a CF interior in my 997 S cab but I knew when I bought the car I was only going to keep it until the Turbo Cab came out & thought I'd wait to do it. The stuff looks ultra slick imo. Especially when mixed with added stitched leather options like when you open the door & see the outer CF sill w/ the stitched leather inner, cant say why I love the way it looks so much just know that I do.
Good job! Which exclusive options push the date out?
Pictures never really do CF justice, you don't really see the CF weave but... CF int of the 599

That's one of the things I knew I'd miss big time, the 997 S PSE. Maybe the 997 turbo PSE will be out before we get our cars? Or hopefully soon after.

No one does interior's like Ferrari. (cept maybe Spyker & Pagani) I was amazed though to see HOW low tech when I was at the factory, it's such a small area with women sitting at sewing machines. Guess that's why.....The only high-tech part was the way they cut the pieces of leather.
