    Some photo's of my Mini

    Got my car back 2 weeks ago and had the black plastic wheel arches, side skirts etc. painted body colour. Here is the result! Hope you like the photo's

    Great pictures and very nice car, but because of the light I don't appreciate that much the colour and the looks now with the painted parts.

    Cant really see the difference in colour but uts really a good looking car

    Thanks Rossi, I took the photo's! Hadn't take any in a while so I was itching to get my camera out again

    Looks great!

    It is one hell of a car. BTW notice the headlights? Look almost identical to the Porsche lights though the Mini had them earlier.

    Great photos and nice little car you've got there..
    but the truth, with a ferrari, lamborghini, porsche and a lotus in the garage - i can't figure out when you take the Mini S for a drive...

    Yes I have an S2 Exige S, no mods except for some HID's, CF shift knob and Stage 2 Exhaust.

    Thanks, what is nice about the Mini is I just simply enjoy the drive and I can take it out anywhere without having to worry. With the Lambo etc. I only take it out on weekends for traffic reasons and have a limited amount of places to go (parking, ground clearance and security).

    mike! u must de-cat ur exige it will sound ten times better! and don forget short shifter!

    Ahh yes, that's a nice Exige! I got mine last year August when the S was just release, I think I got the 4th one in the country. Didn't know they would bring out a special edition one so quickly there after!

    Nice job Mike but I prefer mine the way it is. I like the contrast especially the body colour roof against the sunroof. What colour did you do the mirrors?

    Hi John,

    I would have left mine the way it is if the plastic hadn't started to fade. The car is now 4 years going onto 5 and the black plastic was turning into a dark gray. The only way to remedy this problem along with the hassles that came with when polishing was to paint them. My mirrors are black btw

    Those modifications are quite tempting on a Mini Cooper. A while back Hadi Teherani (German architect) modified his Mini Cooper S, painting those plastic panels on the out-, clothing the plastic planels on the inside in leather hide and removing the tach on the steering column.

    After being out the whole summer, I forgot how it feels to drive our babies, they are such a special machine

    By the way, did you repaired your electrical problem with the light adjustments (I think it was something related to that right? )

    Anyway, I love your CS(not Challenge Stradale) but Cooper S
