    Rosso Mugello ?!?!?!

    I just received the Rosso Mugello pic from my dealer...
    I hope the pic doesn't reflect the real color, otherwise...

    That's probably it. Same as F1 team. I've yet to see it in person.

    IIRC, The F1 team uses Rosso Marlboro, which is slightly different than corsa, and even scuderia. it is an orangey red that is meant to appear like rosso corsa when viewed on TV.

    In the age of 1080P HD, this should be history soon.

    You're a year behind the times. Ferrari introduced a new, deeper, "chrome" red this season on the F1 team cars. By all accounts, this is the new Rosso Mugello.

    My dealer told me that this F1 season's Ferrari red is Red Corsa.
    They changed the color to Corsa from Scuderia because of Vodafone sponsor moving to McLaren.

    Earlier in the year the Speed Channel boys were talking about the new F1 color, using the terms "new" and "chrome red" to describe it. Doesn't look like Rosso Corsa to me on screen, you can clearly see there is a difference.

    The last several season F used Rosso Corsa on the F1 car because on T/V it popped better.

    This year, with the loss of Voda, they switched to the deeper blood red.

    I also think it is rosso mugello. I still have to see it in person, maybe in Frankfurt.
