Well, if the ideas is to show-off a pcar in Zurich or any other Swiss city's posh area on Sunday afternoon, I agree, there is a philosophical question about Porsche ownership in Switzerland. BUT, Gnil and I know of roads where you can floor it and have a lot of fun (it is called a mountain road) AND besides, we are only hour(s) away from either France, Italy and Germany which have their fair share of 'flooring opportunities' too.
Switzerland is a very Porsche friendly country. Normal purchase price, relatively low insurance, very limited risks to get your car damaged by some [beep] or the road itself, plenty of mountain roads
