    And another one.....

Well here is another one.... even I hope it is a fake picture because the Porsche does not carry the extensions for the wing mirrors...

    It must be photoshopped then.

    Re: And another one.....

I cannot believe this is true...
Something is wrong with the concept... :-)

LOL! How could I forget about that. One clever dutchie has put his photoshopping skills to the max here

    Re: And another one.....

    Hahaha! That is hilarious

    Re: And another one.....

Mike, we want to see the LP640 doing the same thing.

    Re: And another one.....

I feel ashamed with the car being registered in France (South France, Nice).

I guess the guy is missing torque at low revs ... and this is tough on the clutch ...

    I don't know about that.

Look how much traffic is jammed up behind them

Firget the plates, the guy is definitely Dutch. How else do you explain holding up traffic in a Porsche?

    Re: And another one.....

Ahh, like that... missed that hint. Ahm, for as far as I know, we are renowned for driving faster than allowed. On dutch highways, there are speedlimits of 100 and 120 km/h. 100 around cities, lots of speedcameras, so there most people drive correct, but elsewhere it is always at least 10 -20 km/h fast. It differs when "we" go abroad... most people are not used to driving with a caravan, and try to overtake etc... probably the cause of your stereotype. Can't figure out what else could.

Ok, then it is the quickest Camper I've ever seen. BUT I don't like it at all.

    Greetings

Why not? It's just a silly car! People baby cars too much, at least they're getting good use out of it! PArk the camper somewhere and drive around the countryside in a nice 911. Sounds like a good holiday to me!

    Exactly!

The last time I drove on the Autobahn some years ago, I lived in mortal fear of seeing a caravan with an oval NL sticker on the back jump out in front of me going 100 kph slower as I was overtaking them.

There were plenty of examples in my previous experience to drive me nuts with anxiety.

Heard some evil capitalists were flying in Chinese tourists to Germany, so they can drive derestricted ABs.....

My condolences to our German pals; this driving "tourism" is essentially a form of terrorism.....in CA, we have an expression "DWA", to describe a unique pattern of driving behavior/indecision that is scary to witness at <40MPH on urban streets, let alone at fwy/AB speeds.....

    Re: And another one.....

I ran the Big Sur strip between Carmel and Lucia and back yesterday. Clogged with the usual GM/Ford rentals and plenty of RVs lumbering at 30MPH. I still enjoyed my 911 throughout and, when the opportunity arose, passing (always safely in allowed passing zones) at what I imagine were warping accelerations from the other drivers' perspective.
