Ride in my Turbo?
You can have that for free, no need to solve a riddle. 
Right now we have 5*C(!) and it is snowing a bit, no weather for Turbo driving. Last week we had sun and 26*C. Crazy weather.
Hopefully it will get better over the next few days.

My Cooper S arrived!
Collected it 2 days ago, and already did 800 kms... 
It's an extremely well sorted car, expecially the handling is quite amazing, it doesn't behave like your conventional front drive car.
It has a lot of grip and is fairly neutral, but it is easy to flick the tail out, and have some fun.
The gearing is too tall though, and so the 163 bhp are not felt as they should.
I will definitely try to squeeze out some additional hp from this one...

The Cooper S has incredible levels of grip and really rides like if it were on rails, so it is a very safe car indeed (in active safety terms).BUT one of its peculiarities is the behaviour when breaching those admittedly very high limits, its chassis is pretty sensitive to throttle adjustments and is more than happy to flick the tail out instead of just understeering as most fwd would.
This makes it highly entertaining, but for an unexperienced driver it would take a little more time to understand the different dynamics taking place, so my advice would be to choose an engine that wouldn't be able to put the chassis through its paces so much.
In short I would either go for the Cooper, or go for the S with the optional DSC system.
Your sister will love any of the two, I'm sure.They are really well engineered cars.
