gradyex, I'm not going to say what the camera mount was for yet but I have a feeling that you guys will love it. I'm still waiting for the picture to arrive from the photographer.
I absolutely love Cobalt Blue the more I see it. It really is a stunning color.

All I can tell you is that it makes the interior, but for a price. I wanted to take out all the volcanic gray that is stock, ie: PCM, Y on the steering wheel, and carbon on the other parts.

Looks great, I'm thinking about the PCM in leather, Carbon Package and Carbon Switch Panel with Sea Blue. I'm going to leave the seat backs volcano, though. BTW, I think PCM in leather is $2070 for 2008 as reported by another poster (sorry, I don't remember what thread it was in).

MY 997S is Cobalt Blue. I'm going to place my order for the Turbo in September. I was considering Forest Green, but I think it's probably too dark for what I have in mind. Will probably do a custom color - Racing Green - with either Terracotta or Tan interior...

Thanks a million! Still, stark daylight isn't very flattering to anybody or anything.My concern was how they'd get a "thick" piece of leather to work in that application. IOW, could they do it in such a way that the thickness wouldn't show next to the tiny switches? Afterall there's a huge number of places where the not-perfectly-supple leather comes close to the switches and could look irregular, differently colored, and messy.

Like the Leather far more than the piano black. The piano black is way too shiny for my tastes. But if you do the leather PCM IMO you really need to do Leather Seat Backs otherwise it takes away from the balance of materials & colors in the interior, just leaving the grey on the seatbacks doesn't work for me you need both imo unless it's a black on black car and in that case it makes everything too black. Just my 2 cents.

WOW!! That's amazing! Cool. Thanks for showing that. Dammit that it will be almost impossible to see these choices in person before ordering. I'm sooooo glad there's a way to downplay all those buttons showing so prevalently with the volcano grey trim.
