Gregg, did your Challenge Stradale have a stripe?
From memory of the pics you once posted I would say no. I really don't know if I would order the Scuderia with the stripe, the grey one is not as characteristic as the white/tricolor one of the CS.

No, I didn't get the stripe on my Stradale but to be honest I wish I had after I took delivery. I wasn't in love with the colors but thought it looked very cool after I got to see a few other CS's with it.
On the Scud. it looks even better than the CS's. (imo) You're probably right about the grey but I'd have to see it in person. I do like the dual stripe and the way it narrows towards the front.. If they made black available or white it would be hard to resist...
You may be right, it all depends on the colour. The shape of the stripe is great. Let's wait and see, if it will be available in different colours.
BTW, do you know what colour that is on the presentation pics? Doesn't look like rosso corsa to me.
Can't say for sure. Parts do look like Corsa and some like the side of the front fender (1st pic.) looks like something else. Doesn't look like Rosso Scuderia either but if I had to bet on which color will be launch cars I'd say Scuderia....
I see factory striped cars fetching another $15K over non.
)......so one's choice of colors/options/mileage driven/lack of clearbra, etc is economically irrelevant in terms of what the lowly used F buyer may prefer (most of whom struggle w/basic financial concepts anyway...perhaps why they're the suckers aspiring for used discretionary cars
