I agree the after market exhaust are louder. Just today at the dealership a 430 with Tubi was started up and it was clearly louder than my car and my exhaust at least to me sounded better. However, the exhaust pipe/tips of the Tubi looks a lot better than the factory ones.

Aftermarket exhaust on a F430 will give you ZERO performance gain and may even subtract.
The F430 has an exhaust bypass valve that dumps the exhaust when you're giving it some real foot. Ferrari engineers tuned the hell out of the exhaust too.
With aftermarket, you'll only affect the sound at idle/part throttle and get some new shiny tips that poke out the rear facia.
Save your money for something else.

Well said. Off topic but its same even in Lamborghini Gallardo 06+ models.
04-05 G stock exhaust is not perfect and when you change the exhaust you get a power gain and a good sound. However Lamborghini solved that issue with 06+ models. The exhaust note is really good on stock. And whwen you change 06 G's exhaust to an aftermarket you get a power loose(example Larini, Tubi etc but LOC,MSracing,Hamann etc do not cause power loose)
It is tried and tested bty LP guys. They saw a power loose on TUBI fitted 2006 car as an example. But however some of the others give extra gain. LOC gives +20-25 hp AFAIK.

According to Capristo the F430 already has a 200 cell cat, a small cat in each tube of the manifold (can anybody confirm this?).
So no room for improvement there also.
