I'm sure they could sell 1000 of them at least...

...they are going to produce the spider version ...500 of them ... i think they are not yet sold since they haven't anouced it officially ...

Stunning car! Simply stunning. Whats the specs on the real-life version? 450 BHP? Is it heavy like the Spider? Cant see the speecs on the promo site.

Stunning! I love the fact that a 599 drove past with a nonchalant cameo appearance! 
I saw it in CWharf in London and the dude told me it's about 120k GBP? Cant remember for sure tho.
It's 6 figures alright.
The problem is, being an Alfa, it's probably not going to be terribly reliable....(I can hear you say "who gives a toss!" - I agree!

alfa's have become reliable moto, plus it has the new 4.7 ferrari maserati engine..

i was inside the "black one" at the Geneva motorshow
....i think that the price for this car is going to worth much more in a year or so, like it happened to the F40. i would take one over any Ferrari, if you see one live you will understand....

Even at this price, all have been sold in advance and I can understand why. I was seriously considering one instead of a GT3 while orders were being taken, but in the end decided that in terms of pure performance and driver satisfaction, the manual shift and also possible mechanical issues with Alfa, the GT3 wins. Not so on the collectable front, though.
I was a sucker even for the two recent GTA cars that Alfa made and of course those cannot be compared to the 8C. I also sat in the black one at Geneva and it was definitely something completely different. Lots of matt-surfaced carbon, F430ish main gauge architecture and wafer thin, but still comfortable seats. The exterior color undermined the sculptured surfaces, though.
I look up to this car as something reborn from the classical time of Fangio.
