Quote:Thankyou very much. These are the original stock wheels on the GT3. Powder coated Anthracite (gunmetal) with GT3 logo stenciled in red. I was going to go at first with black, but the guy showed a sample wheel with this color and I was blown away. I definitely like these better than the HRE I bought.

Oh My God...
That is EXTREMELY beautiful! I always thought white w/black wheels was the ultimate combo for a GT3, I was wrong, this is perfection, really!
Exactly how I'd love to have my GT3, congratulations on the mod! Very agressive!
Quote:I posted a pics of my friends black GT3 with the same color wheels. look up in search section "black GT3 with gunmetal grey wheels"

Wow Wow Wow...those wheels are the best Ive seen. Never been too keen on the blacks. I have a Basalt black GT3 & I reckon gunmetal wheels like these would really look the dogs danglies. Anyone got a pic of a black GT3 with gunmetal wheels, anyone know where you can get this done in the UK?

Quote:Shorelinemotoring.com., located in Huntington Beach, California. Ask for Paul. They don't actually do the powdercoating. They contract out the work somewhere and it will take about 1-2 weeks. The logo/stenciling will take a day. At shoreline, if you tell them in advance, they will give you loaner wheels, so you can at least have your car. Total cost about 750 USD. Definitely well worth it. They basically stripped your wheel, fix anything wrong with the wheel and then powdercoat it, they powder coat the entire wheel. The wheels look much better in real life. Dark but shiny. Best part is, I don't see any brakedust. I'm sure in the UK they have many places that powder coat stuff.

mvn1971, if you don't mind me asking, where did you get this anthracite powder coating done and how much did it cost?
