If a Panamera, why not the Minimera ?
It could have a V8 or it could have hybrid small 4cyl/plug and charge DC power. Whatever, it wont be slow if Porsche makes it.
Porsche and VW ordered some promo Golf V8s once. They were popular with the Porsche and VW HQ execs who wanted 928 power in a discrete package.

They already sell more trucks than sports cars, next it will be more sedans than sports cars. Jigs up, the game is over when it comes to Porsche being a "sports car" company.
They now build trucks -- and some sports cars.

That's what I thought... to bring down the average across the range in line with EU emissions rulings. Porsche is in danger of becoming too like BMW if they go ahead with this, though it would be nice to have an alternative premium hatch to BMW/Audi at that price-point.

That looks more to me like a Scirrocco and C30 competitor, rather than a conventional hatchback. More coupish, sportier, more upscale, slightly bigger and with four proper seats. All of that at a 40k asking price.Think of it like a niche car like the Panamera.

Don't know whats up with AutoBild lately, must be desperate for sales. Autobild was recently discredited by Porsche about the exclusive news they posted about Porsche developing a baby Cayenne, Porsche had to go out and officially dismiss that as un true, and that they were not developing a baby Cayenne nor had they any plans to.
Now this? ... the guys at Porsche must be laughing themselves silly with this new one
