BTW: Are the Carrera Sport wheels (XRR) lighter than the GT3 wheels, I've seen other people use them for track work too

I had a chance to try sitting in a 997 Cup car yesterday and man...it was HARD getting into the car with the front roll cage in place. I can't imagine how one would be able to get in with a helmet on. Of course you'd take the steering wheel off first. It's REALLY tight in there. Very comfortable once you're in place.
It was awe inspiring being able to sit in the Cup car for a couple of minutes. I salute those who get to do that on a regular basis such as you, sergini, among others.

my car now weigths 1340 kg ,with only driver seat (carbon) and fire extingusher,w/o fuel . For Porsche club rules I can run with a 1300 kg car ..but i need to pick out the A/C and dashboard (cup) ....But I think thet it's better buy a cup ...less expencive and more racing .
The car is Stock in all ,only the gt3cup clutch .....wonderful on track and very bad on the street .
for the wheels ? I bought the cheapest ....Caragraphic costs too much 4 the track and BBS are not avaible .
I love Manthey wheels but 7000 euros for 4 magnesium rims for track ? It's crazy .
