Look is only "so,so" IMO.
BUT, what I do not understand is that most people that do not like new M3 is raving about new CL65AMG-simply "Old Pimp car" IMO. Imagine White CL65AMG with P.Diddy at drive seat...
Back to new M3-performance will be excellent, price wise with best performance/price ration at the market.
Full optioned M3 will cost around 80.000Euro in Germany.
IMO this car will be without any competition for some times... New RS4 is 3 years away, RS5 2 years away...
BTW, new Audi S5 also does not look good IMHO...

You are forgeting few things:
-Audi RS4 weigths 1660kg according to official data, but actual weight of RS4 is around 1710kg. And even with all that weight RS4 is very fast car(but, not because of its power robbing AWD)...
-BMW 335i coupe weights more then new M3.
-BMW is pretty honest regarding weight(best is Porsche), unlike Audi/Lamborghini...
-even Audi S5 is heavier(1635kg)...
-new C63AMG will weight close to 1750kg...
Point is that we need to give new M3 a fair chance.

Kreso, I'm not forgetting about all those things you mentioned above, I'm just complaining that ALL new cars are getting way too heavy.

I really hope the sports car manufacturers think about it. Make the cars a little bit smaller, no need for cars being longer than 4.30 m for example. Make them lower, a F430 sits a little bit too high. Don't make them as wide as they currently are, a low car with width of 1.90 m looks at least as aggressive as a car that is more than 2 m wide and has greater height. Moreover if the car is not too wide, it is easier to handle on small roads.
And finally increase light materials such as Carbon and Aluminium to keep the weight down.
If they all do that, cars with around 1200 to 1300 kg would be possible withouth problem, together with a power output of 550hp that would be hell of a drive.

Exterior is exactly the same as the concept (sans color). The only reason you dislike this picture and not the concept is the different camera angles.
