You can't hide anything with that finish. It shows the 599 as what it is, a haphazard design. Where are the headlights? Why is that grate on the side running backwards?
It is an amazing performer, but the body design is just bad and not up to Ferrari standards. Ferrari has not had a stunning 12 since the TR. I suppose what some of you are saying is put some lipstick on that pig.

I would go even further. Ferrari design as a whole lacks the inspiration and the cohesiveness of the earlier days. No matter at which of the newer cars you look, you will always find these design flaws. Last good designs were 328 and 355 at the V8-range and Testarossa/TR at the V12 as you said. But after that something got lost.

Ahh, again my old mistake.
Made exactly the same here not very long ago. It's either my age or the fact that talking about V8 and V12 is easier to use. Or something else.
Anyway, count the 456 in of course, one of best looking Ferrari for me too.
