    the wheels dont bother me , but the exhaust tip looks cheap when you see them live

    Yes look aftermarket. Normally Lambo has the best looking wheels.

    i doubt ..1330kg is completely dry weight not curb weight so with fluids will be good but not lighter than a 430 or gt3 let alone a 430LP

    would have been perfect with RWD

    The Ferrari 430 averages at around 1500 kg in tests (most often about 1500 to 1520 kg), so the Superleggera is definitely lighter than the 430 and will probably remain as light as the Light Pista (what a strange name ).

    that's right 1330 kg is completely dry what i don't get is how is the gallardo not lighter being a smaller car with all the CF even if you take out 50kg for AWD i would expect it to be lighter

    No, it surely hasn't, but the official weight claims are a lie.

    1330kg is weight without all fluids(incl. fuel), options etc.
    You need to add 10L of engine oil and 20L of engine coolant. Brake fluids, servo steering fluid etc.

    I belive that EU Norm weight of SL is around 1500kg(with normal brakes)...

    AmuS stated for 1687kg for Gallardo(04) i think it is with ful of gas and including driver weight.

    i COMPLETLY agree stefan... but dont forget Audi own lamborghini and all the upper management is german, and comes directly from ingolstadt... do you think germans care?

    Maybe they strapped a pair of oversized helium balloons into the seats to simulate passengers. "Look, it still only weighs 1330 kg!"

    In fact I think Ferrari numbers are getting better, what means nearer to reality. When you think back of F355 or Challenge Stradale for example, no car really reached the quite low factory numbers. The 430 is now said to have 1525kg (I think that's including the driver), so the test numbers of 1500kg (is that with or without driver?) is not that far away.
    But the Gallardo was always different: much smaller than the F430, said to weigh even less than the Ferrari, but reaching up to 1600kg in several test magazines...

    btw none of these numbers include driver..all cars are getting heavier but i agree ferrari are lying less than others it seems which is surprising

    I just got the point about comments conversion Murcie to RWD. some guys claimed they will make a diet about 100kg on AWD Lambos.
