RS Spyder at SEBRING

I just want to say I am saddened to see the Acura's win Sebring! Why cant Porsche cure those small problems that they had last year with the alternators on the RS Spyder's. I hope Porsche has an LMP1 soon because if Audi keeps winning they will eventually break Porsche LeMans/Sebring overall victories. I wish Porsche was commited to winning LeMans every year like Ferrari is to Formula 1. I that Acura LMP2 cars will only have sebring as there only victory, and hope the RS Spyder's will win the remaining 11 races in the ALMS. Could we have a board for Porsche Motorsport???

I think that this will be good for Porsche, they were the small underdog when they started racing now they are the big dog...but its a dog eat dog world. They will need their privateers put in more time at the track to help them figure out their reliability problems. I have no doubt that Porsche will figure out their problems and fix them...but get off the porch big dog!

how about that last corner race 997 rsr vs f430 c won da gt2? that was more enjoyable to watch!

Both P2, and GT2 should be great to watch this year... but I would say that Porsche is going to win the rest of the races this year... Those acura teams came ready to play ball. Very professional teams, well sorted cars... good combination. Now we just need some competition in P1 to make the series worth watching.

I was at the race but had to leave early...but I was home in time to watch the last 45 min on SpeedTV. The last lap was great racing and I know that Porsche was not happy but it truly was racing.

I am rather surprised that Porsche continues to have electrical problems. Acura rented the Sebring track and ran a 12 hour race to insure their cars were ready..I do not think Porsche will underestimate the Acura effort moving forward. Penske & Dyson teams will be pushing for a quick resolution to the electrical problem.

Will Porsche fight back, or decide it costs too much and punt if they can't have an easy victory? I certainly hope they take the bit between their teeth and go to war.
