    Judging by the posts on this board, most people have the CarreraS. but i really wanna see how much users on this board has a base version of the 997 Carrera.

    oops didn't see that.=/ anyways. thanks for the link!! there are so many nice porsches on this board. now i really think i should start saving up money for the TT/C2/C2S. But in canada, the TT is very costly.. i can prolly get a gallardo/F430 with the same price in the States. *sigh*
    However, i'd been always wanting a 911 more and are looking precisely at the Carrera base model. (in canada, it cost more to purchase the base model than to purchase a C2S in the states.)

    Well, I am one of the lesser fortunate. The previous thread was for "S" cars. This thread is for both "S" and non "S". You might have overlooked it, but perhaps us non "S" owners are a little sensitive. Especially if I might have posted a non "S" in the publicized "S" post.

    jplanaux: feel free to post your C2 pictures. To be honest, both cars are very good and both are improved versions of the 996. As a daily driver, i think the C2 gives more comfort but the "S" will give more power on the track. Both cars are very closely priced, so neither one is a "poser" or a "fake" porsche 911. It's not easy to afford a car that is 100k + CAD, so I'll just look into the C2 as my daily driver since there are not many places in canada where i can take a "S" to see it's full potential.

    I think you're mis-reading it. The other thread is asking for pics of "997s" which is, naturally, the plural of "997".

    One 997. Two 997s.

    No reason to feel left out.

    notice it's "997s's".. sorry to be feeling left out.. you can now post your carrera pics here! both base or "S"! but from what i'd seen, very few users on this board has the base carrera. that's why i wanna see how many variations of both "base" and "S" are there on this board.

    Chopper, that's a very pretty C2 you got there!! I like how you got those wheels instead of the normal ones and the interior is looking clean!!

    Anyways, it's nice seeing C2 owners are posting their pics of their beloved 997 on this board! so keep up the amazing pictures guys!

    Btw, what options did you had for your 997? I'm thinking about the Sport Exhaust on my future C2. However, that will add another 3.4K CAD to my C2 but it will greatly enhance the look!!

    Your C2 looks like a C2S to me. did you got the Sports exhaust option? Anyways, the color is perfect for a porsche. love the meteor grey
