    Acura Schools Porsche in Debut ALMS Race atSebring

    This was the headline on autospies.com/ GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
    They only won because of the problems the RS SPyders had,the Acura cars did not have the pace of the RS Spyders if anyone happened to watch the race this past saturday. I just hope the RS Spyders get there problems together and sweep the rest of the races.

    Actually I was at the entire Sebring race and the Acura's were equal to the Spyders in speed and handling. They were amazingly fast and reliable as well. Considering the short time they had to prepare a 1, 2 finish is remarkable considering their competition was Porsche. Acura made a smart move by not trying to build a chassis from the ground up as Porsche did but utilizing a well proven chassis instead. This year could be a great race year in P2 to watch with Porsche being challenged by Acura.

    I think this will push Porsche and this is what they need, stiff competition breeds improvement.

    I hope they learn from this.
    congrats to Acura, and great job... you don't win a race like Sebring with just luck... Porsche needs to get their act together with the RS.
